## The list sorts itself

Your team isn't listed A–Z any more. It's grouped by what each person is actually doing, in the order you need it:

- **Free** — nothing on. These come first, because it's usually why you opened the page.
- **Needs a look** — anyone running late or overrunning. The day isn't going to plan for these.
- **On site** — currently at a job.
- **On the way** — set off, not arrived.

A group only shows if somebody's in it. If nobody's free, there's no Free heading, and the number next to each heading tells you how many are in it.

## What each card tells you

Under the name and how loaded their week is, each card has two lines:

- **Now** — the job they're on, with the postcode, and the time. What the time means is written underneath it: **Arrives** for someone on the way, **So far** for someone on site, **Late by** or **Over by** when it's not going to plan.
- **Next** — what they've got after it, and who it's for. If there's nothing, it says so — and "Nothing else booked today" is the answer you want when you're looking for somebody to take a job on.

Someone who's free doesn't get a Now line, because there's nothing to put in it. Their Next line shows their next booking whenever it falls, with the day on it — "Tue 08:30".

## Running late and overrunning aren't set by anyone

Nobody ticks a box for these. Mucka works them out from the clock:

- **Late by** — the job was promised for a time, that time's been and gone by more than a quarter of an hour, and nobody's started it.
- **Over by** — the job was started, and it's now run more than half an hour past how long it was booked for. The time shown is the overrun, not how long they've been there.

Both keep counting up while you've got the page open, so you're not looking at a number from ten minutes ago.

If a job hasn't got a length on it, Mucka assumes two hours before it calls it overrunning.

## Finding one person

There's no A–Z strip down the side any more — the grouping and the alphabet can't both be true at once. Use the **search box** at the top instead. It matches on name, email or mobile, so a first name is usually enough.

## Common gotchas

- **Someone's under Free but you know they're out.** Mucka counts jobs where they're the lead engineer. If they're a second pair of hands on someone else's job, it doesn't show here yet — check the [Schedule](/schedule) for the full picture.
- **Someone's marked overrunning but they're fine.** The job was probably booked shorter than it really takes. Change the length on the job and it'll settle down.
- **Everyone's free and it's the middle of the day.** Nothing's been **booked**, which isn't the same as nothing being done. Plenty of small callouts never make the diary.
- **You can't see the page at all.** You need permission to view the team. If you're not the owner, ask them to check your role in [**Settings → Team → People**](/settings/team/team).
