# Let Mucka use your other apps

> Connect your other apps through Zapier so Mucka can use them for you, like adding a lead to a Google Sheet or emailing a supplier, asking you first whenever you want it to.

Mucka can use your other apps for you: add a lead to your Google Sheet, email a supplier from your Gmail, look something up in Trello. You ask in the usual way, and Mucka does it in the right app.

It works through Zapier, which connects to thousands of apps. You'll need a paid Mucka plan and a Zapier account. Only someone who can manage the workspace can connect it.

## Connecting your apps

1. Go to [**Settings → Integrations → Zapier**](/settings/connections/integrations?tab=integrations&sub=zapier).
2. Under **Let Mucka use your other apps**, tap **Connect your apps**.
3. Sign in to Zapier and pick the apps and actions you want Mucka to have, for example Google Sheets "Add row".
4. Tap **Done**. The actions you picked appear in the list.

To add or remove apps later, tap **Choose apps**. If you change them in Zapier itself, tap **Refresh**.

## You decide what Mucka asks about

Every action has three settings:

- **Ask me**: Mucka gets it ready and shows you exactly what it will send and where. Nothing happens until you say so.
- **Just do it**: Mucka goes ahead, for the routine things you don't need to check.
- **Off**: Mucka never uses it.

Actions that only look things up start on **Just do it**. Anything that sends or changes something starts on **Ask me**. Change either whenever you like; Mucka can't change them.

## What "Ask me" looks like

It's the same as when Mucka sends a quote for you:

- **In the app**, a card appears in the conversation. Check it and tap **Go ahead**.
- **On a phone call**, Mucka puts the card in the app for you to approve later.
- **On WhatsApp**, Mucka tells you what it will send and waits for you to say yes.

## Some things always ask

If Mucka has just read something out of one of your apps, like an email or a row in a sheet, it always asks before sending or changing anything next, even on **Just do it**. That way nothing written in an email or a sheet can make Mucka act without you.

Your customers never trigger any of this. Mucka's receptionist, which answers your customers, can't use your connected apps.

## Who can use it

Owners and managers can have Mucka use your connected apps. You can give or take this away for any role in [**Settings → Team → Roles**](/settings/team/roles), under **Use connected apps**.

## What it costs

Each thing Mucka does in one of your apps uses two tasks from your Zapier plan. If something fails, it costs nothing. If your Zapier plan runs out of tasks, Mucka tells you rather than trying again.

## Disconnecting

In [**Settings → Integrations → Zapier**](/settings/connections/integrations?tab=integrations&sub=zapier), tap **Disconnect**. Mucka stops using your apps straight away. You can also remove the server from your Zapier account.
