# Put your accreditation logos on your paperwork

If you're Gas Safe, CIPHE, WaterSafe or OFTEC registered, the badge is worth more than the words. A customer comparing three quotes recognises the tick.

You can put up to four of them at the bottom of every quote and every invoice. You set them once.

## Add them

Head to [**Settings → Business → Paperwork**](/settings/business/paperwork) and tap the **Accreditation logos** row.

Tap **Add a logo**, pick your file, and it saves on its own. PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 4MB each. Repeat for each one, up to four.

Under each logo there's a box for what it's called — type **WaterSafe**, **Gas Safe**, whatever it is. That name is what shows if a customer's email blocks pictures, and it's what a customer using a screen reader hears. Worth thirty seconds.

To take one off, tap the **✕** in its corner.

## Where they show up

Everywhere the document goes:

- The PDF you email
- The copy you print and hand over
- The document you see in Mucka before you send it
- The online quote page and the pay page your customer opens

They sit at the very bottom, above your footer wording, with your footer sentence underneath. If you've written nothing in the footer at all, the logos still print.

## Getting the file

Most trade bodies have a members' area with a logo pack in it — look for "marketing" or "member resources". Ask them for a **PNG with a transparent background** if there's a choice, because it sits cleanest on a white page.

If all you've got is a photo of the sticker on your van, it'll still work. It just won't look as sharp.

## A few things worth knowing

- **Four is the limit.** Any more and it reads as a wall of badges rather than a set of credentials, and they all shrink to the point where nobody can tell what they are.
- **These are separate from your company logo**, which goes at the top. That one is set in [Settings → Business → Branding](/settings/business/branding).
- **Only the business owner** (or someone you've given workspace management to) can change them.
- **Only put up what you actually hold.** These print on paperwork a customer keeps.
