If you already use ChatGPT or Claude, you can connect it to Mucka. Then you can ask it things like "what's booked for Tuesday?" or "who still owes me money?", and have it pencil in a job or draft a quote for you to check.
You'll need a paid Mucka plan (a trial counts). Only someone who can manage the workspace can connect it, and each person connects their own ChatGPT or Claude.
What it can do
- Look things up. Your clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and your price list, plus what's come in and what's outstanding.
- Add a client, and add a note to a job or your notepad.
- Pencil in a job. It holds the slot in your diary, but your customer isn't told anything until you confirm the job in Mucka.
- Draft a quote. It sits in your quotes as a draft. You check it and send it yourself.
- Show you a quote or invoice. It brings back the PDF, exactly as your customer would get it, with a link to open it in Mucka.
It never sends anything to a customer, takes a payment or deletes anything. It can only do what your own role in Mucka lets you do.
Connect it
In Mucka, go to Settings → Integrations → Automation, then the Claude or ChatGPT tab.
- Tap Connect in Claude or Connect in ChatGPT. It opens Mucka's page in that app's directory.
- Press Connect there.
- Sign in to Mucka when it asks, choose your workspace, and tap Allow.
Back in Mucka, the button now reads Disconnect from Claude (or ChatGPT), which is how you know it worked.
Once it's added, it works in the ChatGPT and Claude phone apps too.
Switch it off
Go back to the Claude or ChatGPT tab and tap Disconnect from Claude (or ChatGPT). It stops working straight away. You can also remove it from ChatGPT or Claude.
Anyone else in your team who has connected is listed under Others in your team, with their own Disconnect, so you can cut off someone who has left.
