Passwords, business defaults, Mucka voice and account preferences.
- Add or remove a job typeYour job types are the work you do — each with a colour on the schedule and a default time. Add and remove them in Settings, or just ask Mucka.
- Add your terms and conditionsPaste in the terms you already use and Mucka puts them on every quote and invoice automatically.
- Carry on your invoice numbers from your old systemIf your accounts software is connected, Mucka follows its invoice numbering on its own. Otherwise pick your numbering up where your last system left off.
- Change someone's roleMove a subcontractor onto the payroll, promote an engineer to manager, or hand someone the office job — and what it does to your bill.
- Change your Mucka voice, name or personalityRename Mucka just by asking, pick the voice and accent it speaks to you in, and set how friendly or formal it is. All per-user.
- Change your passwordUpdate your Mucka password from inside the app, or reset it from the login screen if you've forgotten it.
- Charge some customers different pricesSet up a Trade, Landlord or Commercial rate, put customers on it, and their quotes and invoices come out at that price without you working it out each time.
- Control when Mucka messages youTurn briefings and nudges on or off, change their times, and set proactive messages to weekdays only — from settings or just by asking Mucka on WhatsApp.
- Find your way round SettingsSearch across every setting from the box at the top, or browse the ten headings. Each screen shows what you have already set rather than a wall of empty boxes.
- If you work more than one tradeGas and plumbing and bathrooms? Tick every trade you work in — Mucka pulls in each one's job types and templates, and knows what your business actually does.
- Put a picture on a price list itemAdd a photo to any item on your price list and it shows on every quote you put that item on, automatically.
- Put your logo on quotes and invoicesUpload your logo once and choose how big it prints on the documents you send.
- Remove someone from your teamOffboard a team member who's left, and hand their upcoming jobs to someone else in the same step.
- See who did what in your workspaceAn activity log of every create, edit and delete, plus role and permission changes. Owner-only.
- Set up your business defaultsVAT rate, payment terms, your trade, footer text. The defaults Mucka uses every time a quote or invoice goes out.
- Set up your price listAdd your set prices for services, labour and materials so Mucka prices quotes and invoices the way you do, and let the AI receptionist quote them to callers.
- Set your business hoursTell Mucka when you're open, day by day, so the AI receptionist only offers callers times you can actually do.
- Tell Mucka how you like thingsSay "call me Mr Smith" or "keep it to one line" once, and Mucka remembers. Standing preferences stick across chat, voice, phone and WhatsApp — and they're yours alone.
- Tell Mucka how you run your diaryPick exact start times, morning and afternoon, your own slots, or overlapping arrival windows — and stop Mucka calling a deliberate overlap a clash.
- The weekly what's-new emailA short weekly email from Mucka with what's new and where to find it, plus your own week's numbers. One click to unsubscribe.
- What each role can seeEngineers see their own certificates, their own jobs and the schedule — not the team's paperwork, and not the quote or invoice books. You can change any of it per role in Settings → Roles.
- Write your own email templatesSet the wording Mucka starts from when you email a quote or an invoice, and drop in merge fields that fill themselves in — including the job, the address and the job number.
