You can tell Mucka who your accountant is, so it has their details to hand when you ask.
Where to add them
Settings → Business → Details, in the Your accountant card at the bottom. There's a row for each of these, and you can fill in as many or as few as you like:
- Firm: the name of the accountancy business
- Contact: the person you deal with there
- Address: their office address and postcode
- Phone
Tap a row, type it in and press Save. To remove something, clear the box and save.
What Mucka does with it
Mucka keeps a note of it. Ask "who's my accountant?" or "what's my accountant's email?" and it will tell you.
If you use Timesheets, Mucka can also get a spreadsheet of the approved hours ready for your accountant every week or every few weeks, for you to send from a card in your actions. That's switched on in the Timesheets settings, and it's off until you turn it on. See Timesheets and paying subbies.
Apart from that, nothing is sent to your accountant. Mucka won't email them or share your invoices with them.
Changing it
Only someone who can manage the business settings can change these. Mucka can't change them for you by chat or voice; type them in on the Details screen.
