Your logo goes at the top of every quote and invoice you send, on the PDF, on the printed copy and on the preview you check before it goes out. You set it once.
Add your logo
Head to Settings → Business → Branding.
Tap the Company logo row, then pick your file or drag it into the box. PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2MB. The upload saves on its own — there is no Save button to remember.
Or just send it to Mucka
If your logo is already on your phone, you don't need this screen at all. Send the image to Mucka in chat or on WhatsApp and say what it's for:
"That's our logo, stick it on my invoices."
Mucka saves it and offers to pull up an invoice so you can see how it sits on the page. Same three file types, same 2MB limit. Only the business owner can change the logo.
If your logo has a colour behind it
Plenty of logos come back from the designer as a picture with the background baked in, usually white letters on black. On a white invoice that prints as a block with your logo sitting inside it. Nothing is broken, it just looks stuck on rather than part of the page.
Mucka handles this for you. When you upload a logo with a solid colour behind it, it matches the top of your quotes and invoices to that same colour, so the logo sits on a proper header band instead of a block.
You'll find it in the Header colour row, just below the logo. Change it, or clear it for a plain white header. It only appears once you have a logo, since that is the only thing it exists to sit behind.
One thing to watch: match it to the colour behind your logo. Pick a different one and you get the block back, on a coloured header. If you'd rather have no band at all, ask whoever made your logo for a version with dark lettering for light backgrounds. A see-through one won't do it on its own, as white letters vanish on white paper.
Choose how big it prints
Tap the Logo size row for three choices: Small, Medium and Large. Medium is the starting point.
You can ask for this too — "make my logo bigger" — and Mucka moves it up a size.
Tap See it on an invoice and Mucka shows you an example invoice with your own logo, business name and details on it. Switch between the three sizes there and the page updates as you go, so you can see how your logo sits next to everything else before you commit to one.
The customer and the work on that example are made up. Only your own details are real.
A lot of logos are exported with empty space around the artwork. That space prints too, so the readable part ends up smaller than the file makes it look. If yours reads small on the page, go up a size.
Hit Save and the next quote or invoice you send uses it.
Common gotchas
- It changes everything going forward, not what's already gone. A quote you sent last week keeps the logo size it was sent with. Anything you send from now on uses the new one.
- SVG files aren't accepted. Export as PNG instead. A PNG with a transparent background sits cleanest on a white page.
- Bigger isn't always better. Large is deliberately capped so a wide logo can't run into the word INVOICE on the right-hand side of the page.
- You need workspace management permission to change branding, so this is usually the owner or an admin.
