Mucka AI does a lot of the heavy lifting for you: drafting quotes, chasing payments, answering questions about your jobs. To keep it fast and fair for everyone, it comes with a fair usage limit, a generous monthly allowance of AI replies.
How it works
- The limit is a set number of AI replies per calendar month, and it resets on the 1st.
- It is deliberately generous, and most people never come close.
- It applies to every account, so one heavy run never slows things down for everyone else.
What you see when you reach it
In the rare case you reach it, Mucka tells you in the chat that you have hit this month's fair usage limit and that it resets on the 1st. Everything else in Mucka keeps working as normal. It is only the AI replies that pause.

If you are on a trial, head to Settings and upgrade your plan to lift the limit. If you are already on a paid plan and you reach it, just get in touch and we will sort it.
