If your marketing runs in Go High Level (GHL, sometimes called HighLevel, LeadConnector, or your marketing agency's own name for it), you can connect it to Mucka. Your leads come into Mucka without anyone typing them in, and Go High Level is told when the work is done, so your review requests and follow-ups can run on their own.
You'll need a paid Mucka plan. Only someone who can manage the workspace can connect it.
Connect it
- Open Settings → Integrations → Marketing → Go High Level and press Connect Go High Level.
- Sign in to Go High Level if it asks. You land on Mucka's page in the Go High Level app marketplace.
- Press Install, choose your business from the list, and press Allow. If you're in Agency View, tick only your own business: Mucka connects to one business, not to the agency above it, and picking several won't connect.
- You're brought back to Mucka, connected. Each switch below is ready to change.
If the list of businesses opens and closes straight away, the Go High Level login you used has no business (sub-account) under it, only the agency. Ask whoever runs your Go High Level to add you to your business's sub-account, or to install Mucka on it for you.
What comes into Mucka
- New contacts become clients. When somebody fills in a form or a lead lands in Go High Level, they're added to your clients. If you already have them (same name, and the same phone or email), Mucka uses the client you've got instead of adding them twice.
- Won opportunities become jobs. Mark an opportunity Won in Go High Level and an unscheduled job appears in Mucka for that client, ready for you to book in. You can choose the job type these jobs get.
- Bookings become pencilled jobs, from the calendars you pick. A booking lands in your diary pencilled in at that time. If the booking moves in Go High Level, the pencil moves too, until you confirm it. If it's cancelled, Mucka adds a note to the job and leaves it for you to remove. Leave a calendar switched off if it holds sales calls rather than visits.
Nothing that comes from Go High Level books a customer in or sends them anything. Jobs stay unscheduled or pencilled until you confirm them yourself.
What goes back to Go High Level
- Tags. When a job is completed, a quote is accepted or an invoice is paid, Mucka adds a tag to that customer in Go High Level:
mucka-job-completed,mucka-quote-acceptedormucka-invoice-paid. In Go High Level you (or your agency) can start a workflow from a tag, for example to ask for a Google review a day after the invoice is paid. - New clients, if you switch it on. Clients you add in Mucka, with a phone number or email, are added to Go High Level as contacts. Clients you imported from another system are not.
- Pipeline stages, if you pick them. For each of the three events you can choose a pipeline stage, and Mucka moves the customer's opportunity in that pipeline to it. If they don't have one there, nothing moves.
Anything a Go High Level workflow sends to your customer, whether a text, an email or a review request, is your own automation in Go High Level. Mucka adds the tag; Go High Level does the sending. Check your workflows before you switch tags on.
Disconnecting
Press Disconnect in the same place. Nothing flows either way from then on, and Mucka removes its app from your business in Go High Level too. The clients and jobs that already came across stay in Mucka. If Mucka could not remove the app there, it says so, and you can uninstall it yourself in Go High Level.
If Go High Level stops letting Mucka in, for example because the app was removed in Go High Level by your agency, Mucka puts a card in your Actions list with a button to reconnect.
