Mucka keeps a record of what happens in your workspace, so you can always answer "who deleted that invoice?" or "who changed Sam's role?".
Where to find it
Head to Settings → Activity. It's owner-only, so the rest of your team can't see it unless you give them workspace-management access.
What it shows
Every meaningful change in your workspace, newest first:
- Records created, edited or deleted: clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and work orders.
- Security changes: a teammate's role changed, a role's permissions edited, or someone denied access to something they're not allowed to touch.
- Account events, like a teammate leaving the workspace.
Each entry shows who did it, what they did, and when.
Narrowing it down
Use the filters at the top:
- Person to see everything one teammate has done.
- Type to focus on one kind of activity, like just deletions or just security changes.
- Search to find a specific kind of event.
