See who uses Mucka on their jobs

The Using Mucka tab on the Team page shows, month by month, which of your engineers press On my way, Arrive and Complete themselves, do their paperwork on the day, and take photos, and where the office is doing it for them.

90-second video. We're recording these now.

Mucka is only as good as what your engineers put into it on site. If the office is pressing Arrive and Complete from a desk at five o'clock, your times, your on-time figures and your customer texts are all guesses. The Using Mucka tab shows you who is doing it themselves and who isn't.

Where to find it

On a computer, open Team and pick Using Mucka at the top. Choose the month in the corner; the current month says so far.

Four tiles across the top give the whole team's figures for Arrive or Complete, Paperwork on the day, Pressed live and Photos. Under them is one row a person, with whoever presses Arrive or Complete least at the top, so the people who need a word come first. Click a row to open that person.

Each figure is coloured: green is 75% or more, amber 40 to 74%, and red under 40%, which usually means the office is doing it for them. What each figure means, under the table, opens the definitions below.

To see one person, open them from the Team list, on a computer or a phone. Their sheet or page has a Using Mucka section with their figures for this month.

Only people who can manage the team see any of this: owners and managers. Your engineers can't see their own figures or anyone else's.

What each figure means

Every figure is for jobs booked to that person, in that month, that have already happened. Cancelled jobs, imported jobs and example jobs are left out.

  • Arrive or Complete: of the jobs that were started or finished, how many they pressed Arrive or Complete on themselves. If the office closed the job down, it doesn't count for them.
  • On my way: of the same jobs, how many they pressed On my way on.
  • Paperwork on the day: of their finished jobs that needed a certificate, job sheet or customer sign-off, how many they did themselves on the day of the visit. A job you've marked as needing no certificate isn't counted.
  • Pressed live: of the jobs they pressed Arrive and Complete on, how many had the two at least 5 minutes apart. Two taps closer than that mean the job was tidied up afterwards, not done as it happened.
  • Photos: of their finished jobs, how many have at least one photo they took.
  • Days a week: how many days a week, on average, they used Mucka.
  • No access: how many times they recorded that they couldn't get in.
  • Answered (subbies only): of the jobs you put to them, how many they accepted or declined. On the Team page it shows under their days a week.

Beside each percentage is what it's out of, like 6 of 20, so one job doesn't look like a trend. The team tiles add up everyone's jobs rather than averaging their percentages.

Why some show a dash

A dash means there was nothing to count, or Mucka wasn't recording it yet. It never means 0%.

Mucka started recording who pressed each button, and who took each photo, on 27 October 2026. Before that it knew a job was finished, but not whether your engineer or your office did it. So jobs finished before then are left out of Arrive or Complete, On my way, Pressed live and Photos, rather than counting against anyone.
