Mucka is the AI office manager that runs the admin side of your trades business. Quotes, jobs, invoices, scheduling, chasing payments, drafting late texts. You talk, Mucka prepares, you approve.
Where Mucka lives
Mucka is in four places at once and they all share the same memory:
- In the app as a chat panel (the orange dot at the bottom on desktop, the microphone on the home tab on mobile)
- Over WhatsApp as a contact you can text or send a voice note to
- On the phone as a number your clients can ring (or you can ring when you're driving)
- In the engine room quietly watching your jobs, quotes and invoices for things you might miss
Same Mucka in all four. Whatever you say on WhatsApp shows up in the chat. Whatever you draft in the app shows up on Mucka's call notes.
What to use Mucka for
The simplest test: if it's office admin, give it to Mucka.
- Quoting: describe the job in plain English, get a tidy PDF quote ready to send
- Scheduling: book jobs into the diary, assign engineers, sort recurring work
- Invoicing: turn accepted quotes into invoices, send them, chase late payment
- Briefings: morning summary of what's on, evening summary of how it went
- Client memory: "what's the history with the Walkers?" pulls everything in a sentence
- Drafts: running-late texts, quote follow-ups, customer questions all written for you
Things Mucka doesn't do (yet, or by design):
- Payroll and HR, that's not Mucka's lane
- Accountancy, hand off to Xero (integration coming)
- Anything without your approval, see below
The trust model
Mucka never sends, schedules or invoices anything without you tapping approve. Even when Mucka's confident. Even when it's the same email Mucka sent yesterday.
Every prepared action shows you:
- What will happen
- Who it goes to
- What gets sent (the exact words, edit before you approve)
One tap to approve. One tap to dismiss. One tap to snooze until tomorrow. You stay in charge.
Getting started
Three things to do first:
After that, just start using Mucka how you'd use a new office manager. Tell Mucka things, ask Mucka questions, correct Mucka when wrong. Mucka learns your business as the days go.
