Ask Mucka in chat, by voice, or on WhatsApp to change prices or VAT on an ordinary draft quote. The saved result includes a button to open its preview. You stay in the quote workflow without an Actions approval step. On a phone call the change arrives as a card in Actions to approve instead, because on a call there is no screen showing you what you would be agreeing to.
Every existing description, detail and quantity must survive a price edit. If a proposed edit removes or rewrites that scope, nothing changes and Mucka offers the quote editor. Equal totals do not mean the same work is included. Use the editor for quantity changes, removals or renamed work.
If someone changes the quote while Mucka is preparing the edit, the save is refused. Read the current quote before trying again. A repeated completed operation returns its receipt without another write. If a connection drops, check the current quote before retrying.
An open quote preview can refresh after a saved change. An older edit form cannot overwrite that update: it keeps your unsaved wording and asks you to reopen the quote before saving. A failed read does not mean the quote has no lines.
You need permission to view and edit quotes. Sent or accepted quotes, customer choices, payment schedules and other complex changes use the editor. Existing Actions reviews retain their separate approval controls. Sending remains a separate step.
