The app's new look on your phone

Mucka on a phone has a cleaner, rounder look with bigger text. Everything is where it was and nothing works any differently. If something looks wrong, tell the team.

Walkthrough coming soon
90-second video. We're recording these now.

Mucka on a phone has had a tidy-up. It looks cleaner, the corners are rounded, and the text is bigger so it's easier to read on site. This is the look on the iPhone app, the Android app, and Mucka in a phone's browser. Mucka on a computer hasn't changed.

What's changed

Only the look. Every page, button and setting is still there, and they all work the way they did:

  • Home, Diary, Contacts and Menu are still the tabs along the bottom.
  • Mucka's button is now at the end of that row. Tap it to type or talk to Mucka, the same as before.
  • Search is the bar at the top of Home.
  • Everything you'd find in the Menu is still in the Menu.

Nothing about your jobs, quotes, invoices or customers has changed, and nothing your team can or can't see has changed either.

The first time you open it

The first time you open Mucka on your phone after the change, a short card says what's happened. Tap Lovely, ta to carry on. You'll only see it once.

Something not right?

If something looks wrong, or you can't find a thing you used to use, tap Tell the team on that card, or just ask Mucka. Say what you were looking for and Mucka will pass it to the team. You can also go to Settings → Support and report a problem there.

If the new look really isn't working for your business, the team can put you back on the old one while they sort it out.
